The Nominating Petition for each candidate for Mayor shall be signed by twenty-five, and, for Council Members, shall be signed by not fewer than ten, qualified electors of the Town of Mountain View, and shall be filed before the regular Town election as provided by the Colorado Municipal Election Laws, except as otherwise provided in this Chapter or by ordinance hereafter enacted.
