No person shall be elected to the position of Mayor for more than three four-year terms of office. This term limit shall apply beginning with the regular election held on November 5, 2019. The term of any person appointed to the position of Mayor to fill a vacancy for less than 365 days shall not be considered part of a term for purposes of this section.
