Special Meetings of the Council shall be called by the Clerk on the oral request of the Mayor, or of any two members of the Council, on at least 24 hours written notice to each member of the Council. Notice may be waived by either written consent or attendance at the Special Meeting. The Special Meetings of the Council shall comply with the Colorado Open Meetings Act, C.R.S.
