The Mayor and Council Members of the Town of Mountain View may be recalled from their several offices at any time after the expiration of thirty days next succeeding their election or appointment, by the electors, qualified and entitled to vote for a succeeder of such incumbent, through the procedure which shall be known as recall. Such procedure shall be in addition to and without excluding any other method provided within this Charter or by law of the State of Colorado. The Council shall prescribe by ordinance the procedure for recall, provided however that 25% of the entire votes cast at the last preceding election for all the candidates for office which the incumbent occupies, shall be required for the initiation of the recall against any elected official of the Town.
